Meet Daniel Hernandez - Our Director of Operations and talented multi-tasker

Miami Pool Tech has been in business since 1993 and is a family owned and operated business which has managed to make great strides in the pool servicing industry. Over the years our employees and leaders have made significant contributions to the growth of the company.  Daniel Hernandez is no exception. Fondly referred to as ‘Danny’ by everyone, he is the Director of Operations and wears many hats. He oversees all the company’s ordering, back office operations (i.e. bookkeeping, accounting, etc.), warehouse and our fleet of vehicles. Danny along with his brothers are now the next generation of leaders for the company and they are all especially proud of its accomplishments thus far.

Miami Pool Tech has been in business for over 20 years and Danny has been around in some way shape or form for most of those years...even as a child.  He has seen the company grow by leaps and bounds under the leadership of his father, Carlos Sr. It is with great pride and diligence that Danny leads and develops the firm’s 75+ employees.  He places an emphasis on hiring quality personnel, professionally developing existing team members and making sure they have the tools and equipment to effectively handle pool related projects both big and small for their commercial  and residential clients.

Some persons might be surprised to learn that Danny is actually a licensed paramedic and also has a fireman’s background.  That said, growing up in the family business and the lure of the exciting pool industry drew him in. His familiarity with the day to day running of our operations has proved to be an invaluable asset and we fully expect that he will take us to new heights!

On a personal note, when Danny is not hard at work, he can be found having a great time with his family.  Hobbies include relaxing rounds of golf or working up a sweat with his tricked out mountain bike. He credits his inner drive to succeed and his work ethic to his parents who put in the hard work to ensure they instilled strong values in him. Danny understands what it takes to manage a highly efficient and successful company.  He knows that sometimes means that there can be no days off, every employee matters and every client deserves world class service. These traits are what makes interacting with Danny such a pleasure.
