Get to know the Miami Pool Tech Staff

Carlos Hernandez, an expert in the commercial swimming pool industry, is the proud owner and president of Miami Pool Tech, Inc. established in 1993. For over 20 years, his company has grown quite successful and continues to provide excellent services and renovations to over 200 commercial accounts throughout South Florida. In 2010 Carlos joined the KBI team as Sales Director. He has been proactively creating new business relationships by using clientele from Miami Pool Tech, Inc. to merge with KBI for purposes of gaining new business opportunities in Latin America.

Prior to Miami Pool Tech, Inc. from 1987 through 1993 Carlos held a position as Pool Director at Williams Island Private Club and Condos located in Aventura, Florida and was responsible for managing daily operations, directing and coordinating projects in construction and renovation, coordinating special functions and events in the hospitality and high rise industries, as well as hiring and training within the department. Carlos is an excellent example of leadership and professionalism in his field. His result driven approach makes him a strong business leader which is reflected in the outcome of his company.
