Installation Options: In operation, the Accu-Tab chlorinator uses pool re-circulation water to erode Accu-Tab tablets. In the chlorinator, incoming water contacts only the bottom surfaces of the tablets. Tablets erode at a consistent rate, releasing a controlled amount of chlorine from the water flow. The higher the flow, the more chlorine is delivered. Chlorinated water is then returned directly to the suction side of the pump. Accu-Tab chlorinators can be installed in any commercial pool, including below-ground types.
